Reason for Not Eating Out #30: This Is Why You’re Not Fat

shroom and sriracha vegetable burger

roasted salmon with lemon-herb matzo crust

farro salad with asparagus, tomatoes, and feta

pasta fazool

red lentil soup with lemon and caramelized onions

home-brewed tofu bacon

steamed ling cod with goji berries

chickpea and couscous patties with sweet tahini dressing

roasted vegetable soup

butternut, goat cheese and walnut spread

whole wheat chocolate cherry scones

pasta norman

asparagus, portobello and watercress salad with sesame vinaigrette

    Yes, I know that vegetables are healthier than meat but aside from the salmon, there was no meat on your list. It all looks yummy, but what about the healthy and delicious proteins that come animals?
