i made this yesterday as part of a big soup freezing venture, and it was amazing! the smoked paprika with the leeks gives it such a rice flavor and the lemon juice seals the deal. i can't wait to defrost it and add the crispy leek topping. YUM.

We've just discovered the joys of farming in our own garden, I have to say potato soup is our favourite of the month. I found a website dedicated to just potato soup recipes, can you believe it?!. There's a website for anything nowadays it seems!

I just finished your book. I read it in three days. Totally inspired me to cook more. Guess what I JUST pulled out of the oven? No-Knead Bread, and it looks exactly like it should look, according to a step-by-step pictorial I found online. Loved your book. It changed me. For the better.
