		<description>I use the egg whites that I have left over to make meringue shells with which I serve the ice cream in.  Yummy!  And if I have more than I need I just freeze them in little plastic containers.  I have used frozen, then defrosted, egg whites to make coconut macaroons without any problems in beating them up into stiff peaks.</description>
