I made these for a wine night my husband and I hosted earlier this week-- what a hit! One of my guests is allergic to soy, and I'm pretty sure she ate more of these than everyone else, meaning that they're excellent even without the sauce. I loved the sauce though!

Love your blog; I'm always looking for new food bloggers! :)

Parsnips are my SHIT! They're so sweet and delicious roasted (with brussel sprouts is my fave). In general, all things turnipy get way too ignored.

ooh, i seem to love any kind of vegetable grated and made into pancakes. zucchini, potato, carrot, you name it. especially because i have blood sugar issues and these can have less or no flour. can't wait to try 'em. i like that you did a soy dipping sauce. have you ever had kimchi rice pancake or okonomiyaki? good stuff.
