That is great to be able to use the actual appliances and learn great new recipes BEFORE I buy a new professional appliance. New York City is a little far for me to travel and I happened looking for demonstrations in New Jersey and ran across Karl's Appliance - they have cooking demonstrations nearly every weekend from manufacturers such as Wolf, Electrolux, Viking, GE, and more.
