I tried the recipe: delicious! Thank you for posting it. Have you ever tried the one with ricotta cheese instead of the egg?

i made this and the butternut squash soup last night and they were both perfect! the gnocchis were labor intensive (i made too many) but it was worth it, they came out fluffy and tasty! thank you your recipies, they are very inspiring!
