		<description>Mmmm this sounds like a nice fusion of a few different Arab/Mediterranean dips - the tahini from hummus, the feta from a feta and roasted red pepper dip you see often.

I like my feta pretty fatty, which in American supermarkets, is pretty hard to get. But I have oh-so-fond memories of the Turkish market in Berlin, where you could buy a range of fetas. To say nothing of the buffet of feta spreads... olive, red pepper, basil, garlic, you name it.</description>
