		<description>I know Mike and his family and if you knew what they have REALLY gone through to get to the point where they can actually make a living you wouldn&#039;t believe it.  Mike and farmers like him are the future of sustainable agriculture here in Vermont.  My hat is off to all of them and I fervently hope that the movement continues to grow!</description>

		<description>I totally agree with you on the commitment part of his farming principle. I adore these farmers for giving up their secure and stable life and thrive for better cause...both for environment and flavors of the food.</description>
