I have over-heard a conversation about Apple Dumplings over last weekend and I was dying to try it. Thanks for the recipe.... I tried a modified version of this recipe with Fuji Apple w/o using sugar but with lemon juice and cinnamon for my bud's birthday today. His son really enjoyed and finished 80 percent of the dumplings that I made. It also does well with warm maple syrup too. Thanks again.

WOW these look fantastic. I can't wait to get home to try them out and share them with my friends and neighbors. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water. Thanks for the recipe.

Man, I'm planning on cooking my way through your website. Everything sounds so good (I made the curried beet greens the other day ;D)

Question: do you (or any of your friends) know of anyone who might carry some sort of gluten-free dumpling skin? I have the baking mix from the Risotteria to make GF muffins/cupcakes, etc. but I don't always have the time to make stuff from scratch.

And these apple dumplings sound really. REALLY. good. =d
