Nice! Congrats on your TV appearance. My question is where is the darn recipe? I was just thinking a few days ago how I should really learn how to make a Hollandaise sauce (because I almost always order eggs Benedict with smoked salmon when I go out for brunch), but when I looked up recipes, it looked so complicated that I decided it was worth it to order it in restaurants instead.
PS I’ve been channeling you/your website lately and been all “I don’t want to go out (even when it’s not 20 degrees out and snowing like mad), I’ll just make something at home.” You should be proud

Solid! I see more TV in your future. Did you see that Top Chef episode this season where the competitors had to make a dish for a cooking segment. So many of them totally blew it. Maybe this blog could use some video demonstrations
