		<description>I&#039;ve never tried pheasant before, but if it&#039;s as good as you say it is, I&#039;ll definitely look into it!  As another option for the feet, maybe they could be saved to make stock?  My mom often buys extra chicken feet to add to stock because they&#039;re full of gelatin-y goodness.  Also, do you think it would be okay roasted at 375 degrees? ;)</description>
