was there any corn starch involved in this pie? it was super delicious but extremely runny my first time making it, last year. i saw a similar recipe (without the brown butter & sage of course) that was nearly identical save for about 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of corn starch. i'm wondering if that would make this less runny/soggy. i'm not well versed on pies, so i was just curious what i possibly did differently/wrong!

I won prettiest pie. Thanks for the shout out. It was my first time in the competition and I most enjoyed talking to everyone about their recipes and approaches. Unfortunately I was not able to get a taste of your brown butter and sage, alas it was gone by the time I got there!
