		<description>What&#039;s so abnormal about grilling squid and scallops?  lol.  The first time I went to a BBQ hosted by my brother (yes, we grew up in the same household, but we are completely different breeds apparently), I was SHOCKED and almost appalled.  He spent hours beforehand carefully threading skewers through frozen balls of every kind. Fish. Beef. Squid. Cuttlefish.  Every single frozen ball-shaped item in a Chinese supermarket, it was there, then he grilled them, I think brushing them with soy sauce or hoisin sauce? I don&#039;t know.  (I think it&#039;s akin to a HK street food?)  It was interesting but I can&#039;t eat too much of that stuff... too much processed crap is bad.  It was fun though, and since I&#039;d brought 10 lbs. of chicken to make my own BBQ chicken skewers, there was plenty to eat (and his friends obliged and brought tons of interesting eats too).</description>
