		<description>Really delicious, and very quick to make.

It took me an extra 5 minutes for the eggs to cook, and I added an extra tablespoon of butter just for the hell of it.

Also, just cooked it right in two porcelain bowls.

		<description>Thanks for the recipe! I made this twice since reading this yesterday... but I left out the sauce; instead dropped some butter and juice of half a lemon in the bottom of the casserole. A teeny bit of fleur de sel and yay!</description>
