It sounds amazing. So many of your readers are unfortunately afraid of cholesterol in eggs. Read "REAL FOOD" by Nina Plank and go to www.realmilk.com to learn and understand that eating cholesterol doesn't cause blood lipids to increase. A lack of dietary cholesterol, sugars and starches cause high cholesterol. Enjoy your eggs and butter and curb the carbs.

Hi Amandarae! The consensus at the (billiards) table had this as good -- and what free food isn't? But I daresay that the more traditional lasagnas won this round, for me at least. Like Karol's Fontina (not mozzarella, Fontina!) cheese-smothered homemade tomato sauce-and-ricotta version... mmmm.

Oh my gosh what a great idea! I always tend to do stratas for breakfast which my husband finds so heavy. I'll have to give this a shot. Oh and amandarae's breakfast pizza - yum! I make that for dinner some nights and it's fabulous to do and you can be so creative with it!

This looks *awesome.* I was in a sorority in college and every Friday morning our "chef" would make BREAKFAST PIZZA. It was a cult classic: pizza dough, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, cheese. mmm.

So Cathy, what was the consensus at the event?
