		<description>I made these for a &quot;Hail and Farewell&quot; party last night; there were 12 mini-muffin pan quiches and 20 regular-muffin quiches.  People went insane over them!  I had so much leftover egg/cream mix, though, so this morning I made a pie crust, added fresh spinach to the bottom, sprinkled it with feta, and made some more carmelized onions to go on top.  What a great way to recover from a hangover!  Thanks for an awesome recipe...</description>
