I’ve been thinking of making a different kind of mince pie, so tried yours after finding you on Google (looking for mince pie). This is delicious! So intense! A lot of work, but I think worth it. I used whole wheat pastry flour so had to add a lot more water. Crusts are so intimidating… Very intense pie. I like your website a lot. thanks!

Thanks! And Nicole: Yes, it was pretty refreshing and a bit tart, as a little bit of cranberries goes a long way. I’d add a spot more sugar next time. Actually, let me put that in the recipe…
