Food is love, hands down. I can’t spell the name (and I guess I’m too lazy to go up and copy/paste it) but dude, that is … not pretty. Though I love and eat Indian food (which is what it looks like to me- saag paneer to be exact). *shudder*
(And damn it, I keep wanting to enter contests and then forgetting. Boo.)

I vote for Maraq Molokheyia bil Dajaj. Do you get extra points for plating on funky dishes?
Also got a little queasy looking at the eggplant and honey.

Contest theme song: Great green gobs of greasy grimy gopher guts, mutilated monkey meat, little dirty birdie feet. Half a gallon of all purpose porpoise puss and me without my spoon!
